When you have a small services company like bv02 there is a tendency to try and sign any and all business that you can. Money is good. More money is better. Right? As a sales guy I’ve been trained to hunt, kill and move on. But as a small business manager there can be serious ramifications if you take the same approach. At bv02 we aren’t looking for ‘business’, we are looking for ‘good business’.
