Admittedly I used to think this concept was purely fluff. Until recently.

I’ve been putting quite a bit of thought recently into what our corporate culture is here at bv02. I’ve come to believe that every organization is responsible to put together a list of core values. Until that list is clearly communicated to your employees, they have no real basis to mold their performance on.
